By using this website or placing an order with Siam Acacia UK Ltd, you agree to the following terms:

1. Products

All of our tables and kitchenware are handcrafted from natural materials. Each piece is one-of-a-kind and may vary slightly in size, colour, or finish.

2. Payment

Full payment is due at the time of ordering unless a written agreement states otherwise.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimated. Delays due to transit or customs are not considered a breach of contract. All items must be inspected at delivery.

4. Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is damaged upon delivery and properly documented at that time.

5. Ownership

Products remain the property of Siam Acacia UK Ltd until full payment is received.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be handled within the jurisdiction of English courts.
